Construction Services & Information professionals understand that each customer has unique challenges.  We initially define short-term and long-term customer expectations based on listening and performing an off-site & on-site assessment before developing a customized Statement of Work.

Educational Services

Construction Services & Information has developed self-pace and on-site training classes addressing current off-the-shelf software applications.  CSI also develops tailored training classes based on a focused customer consulting engagement.

Annual Upgrade Protection (AUP) Services

Construction Services & Information Annual Upgrade Protection (AUP) Services provides Customers software updates for a period of 365 consecutive days from the original purchase date. Customer’s are afforded 1 Year AUP with each original software license purchase.

AUP updates are downloadable via the Internet and Customers are notified by email communications.

Construction Services & Information Support Services offers private communication with advanced level support engineers. Customers are able to purchase a Single Incident “Phone-Web” offering or can purchase an Annual Dedicated Support Contract.
